All prices are GST inclusive. Reservations cannot be confirmed until the payment of the equivalent of one night's accommodation has been received.

Our Cancellation Policy: If you cancel seven days prior to your date of stay then there is no cancellation fee. If cancellation is within 48 hours then full accommodation costs will be charged. Please call if you have any queries. If you only give 24 hours notice, the first nights accommodation may be charged.

• Minimum of two nights preferred. Discounted weekly rates available.
• A non-refundable deposit of $100 is required on acceptance of booking.
• Balance due 7 days before arrival.
• Payments are requested by direct payment to the nominated bank account.
• Key collection will be arranged, on confirmation of payment, by phone or email or password on site.
• Tariff includes supply of Doonas, Bedding and towels for the rooms allocated only.
• All other requirements to be supplied by the user.
